Rest Day

Rest day is one of my favorite and most awaited day working as a Call Center Agent. After five days

of nine hours straight taking in calls back to back with different issues, different people and different

types of action inside our production floor Rest day is one of the best solution to convert all the

stress out.

Sometimes we all need to rest in order to charge ourselves and replenish all the strength, energy and

excitement within us.

Its my best day to go out, roam around the City, surf the night more than four hours, and watch some

blockbuster movies. I know that spending my Rest Day like a vacation, where I could spend the

whole day of fun, but I tend not to forget that its just only a day or two and that the rest or most the

days that I'll spend is going back to my Call Center Agent  life taking in  a bunch yet happy calls.

Then I just realized that I need to spend my Rest day wise. I need to think smart on how to use my

rest day on how to turn it one of my asset to maximize my time and at the same time I still enjoy it.

So I just came up with a simple schedule-program and lists of things that I need to do. During the

days when I'm on duty, every time that I have a free time, I think of the important things, filter them

down from the most important to the least, and lists them down to my pocket notebook and I just

simply follow and apply it during my Rest day.


For me best and smart way to spend a Rest day is to  plan it ahead of time , stick with your plan and

enjoy it. Even though I'm still on the process of figuring out how to improve my short and cute time

to spend my Rest day.

Second Night

Its another big night again in the Call Center industry as my second night shift continues.

This time I got even better taking in my calls and have a lot of  friends. I have also learned a couple 

of tricks on how to stay alert, awake and energetic the whole time since were working during night 

shifts, which is another cool thing working in a Call Center. 


Listening to different types of voices and scenarios we need to fix on my second adventure has 

gotten me to the second level. Its like I have unlocked another talent that I have, and that is I have 

the ability of having a very long patience and be happy the whole time. Whether I have complicated 

or bad calls I still manage to keep the job done with a very good quality. I know that I still have a lot 

to learn and so many mysterious yet exciting adventures to come I just keep on getting excited on 

everything in the Call Center Industry. 

I'm wondering what would my next night's adventure be?

First Night at a Call Center

This is my first time to write online and I feel very happy sharing my thoughts and experiences as a

Call Center Agent.



I could never ever forget my first night working at a Call Center. It was a very cold and exciting

night. People all around me was so lively and full of energy. You can hear different types of voices

all around you. From People trying to sell anything to troubleshooting any electronic devices they

can. Mostly I was amazed they they build rapport to their customers. Its like they have mastered all

types of feelings and personalities of their customers. I was amazed during my first night that I could

barely understand most of the terms their using inside the production floor. A lot of friendly people

and state of the art equipment and a very comfortable cool environment is going to be my soon home

away from place to stay and work with. I really enjoyed my first night that made me slept right away

when I went home, due to being tired of exhausting all of my energy learning a lot of new things in

the Call Center industry. little did I know that this is just the beginning of my call center life

adventure.
